Did you know that Zimmer® Skin Grafting equipment requires annual repair and maintenance to ensure calibration and proper function of the unit? Zimmer Biomet, in Dover, Ohio, is the only authorized repair and maintenance center for Zimmer® Skin Grafting equipment in the United States.
When you send your device in, it is inspected, tested, calibrated to manufacturing specifications, and promptly returned to you.
Once your device arrives at our Service Center, your service is typically performed within 5-10 business days. Then your device is prepared to ship back to the address you indicated. Ground shipping is provided as part of the repair process. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge if you need it.
When returning a unit for repair, please return the complete unit along with all accessories. This approach allows technicians to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the entire system to ensure that it is returned to you in optimal condition.
For instance, the power supply should be returned with the Zimmer® Electric Dermatome, the air hose should be returned with the Zimmer® Air Dermatomes, the ratchet handle and cutters should be returned with the Zimmer® Skin Graft Mesher, and the ratchet handle should be returned with the MeshGraft™ II device.
Zimmer Biomet does not share manufacturing specifications or replacement parts to outside repair centers, unless Zimmer authorized (only outside the US).
